What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:

  • Interface directly with customers to coordinate project activities and support issues
  • Build and review design, functional, technical and/or process documentation
  • Focus on data collection and analysis of specific issues with internal team
  • Develop and sustain effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computational science or related career WITH Cedula Profesional
  • Intermediate to advance English skills – (written, read and spoken)
  • Able to work rotational shift work, including holidays and weekends
  • Knowledge and/or experience in storage and backup technology.

Knowledge and/or experience in Management of information technology services, the development of information technologies and related operation

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience using multiple operating systems as: Red Hat Linux, Windows, Oracle Solaris.
  • Certifications: related to the storage and backup technologies that are proposed for the service / VMware / ITIL Fundamentals version 3 or 4
