Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in the CDE Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as Technical Clerk, which is based in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader CDE. Key Purpose To provide a secretarial and administrative support service to the Equipment services division so that supporting activities are coordinated, administered and processed efficiently and professionally. |
Key Duties & Responsibilities | • Office administration • Record keeping • Reports and managed information • Settlement of job cards and manage outstanding jobs • Spares management • Route planning • Customer/supplier relations • Self-managed development • Petty cash management – where required • Complete work in line with the SHEQ requirements |
